If I need to take a break from dancing, what happens to my tuition?

You will not lose your tuition! This is one of the several benefits that come when you enroll with Latin Dance Factory. At one point, we were students as well as we got frustrated when we did not get our money's worth due to strict attendance and scheduling. We understand that from time to time different situations emerge - from family, work, and other commitments that will prevent you from coming to class. No worries! If you notify the instructor in a timely manner, we can work with you so that you can get the most of your dance lessons with us. You can always use your tuition credit towards private dance lessons, or save it for another session when you know you will be most available. You may transfer your tuition fee to another new student whom you have assigned to take your spot. If you bought a Class Pass, please keep it safe or give it to the instructor to maintain while you are away for more than 2 weeks time. The only time we offer customer refunds is when a dance class is cancelled due to low enrollment.
