Can I skip the beginner level and join the more advanced classes?

This is a tricky situation. For people with very little experience, it is not recommended to jump straight to an intermediate/advanced level if you do not have the proper foundation on techniques and knowledge. As mentioned before our dance classes focus on both the social fun aspect of dancing as well as the technique involved. Understanding technique and developing strong foundation is key to surviving the material taught in the more advanced levels. Don't worry, you will get there!

For students with more dancing experience that was gained from prior dancing experience or other dance schools, let us see how you move on the dance floor to recommend a class that will continue to challenge you. Please keep in mind that instructors have different approaches to teaching and that levels at one school may not be the same as the level in another school.
