WHAT IS MERENGUE
Come learn one of the most popular, easy to learn and fun latin moves in town. This dance class is perfect for students with 2 left feet, no dance experience, and with very little coordination who want to venture into Latin clubs.
Merengue is a gateway to learning other forms of Latin dancing. Its easy 1 - 2, 1 - 2 stepping allows the student to concentrate mainly in leading / following different turns, pretzels, and combinations that can later be translated into Salsa, Cumbia, and Bachata. If you never danced Latin Dance before, we highly recommend starting with Merengue. It will give you hip movements, fun combinations, and sizzling turns. The music is fun and clubs always play Merengue on their repertoire.

LEVEL AND PRE-REQUISITES
Absolute Beginner and Two left feet welcome. There are no pre-requisites. This is a 101 introduction class for the absolute beginner. No do not need to know anything about Merengue dancing
