Jorge Elizondo was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, where the sounds of Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States meet. In this unique environment, Jorge trained in music theory and Latin dance and developed "Bachata Fusion," a style of dance that combines turn patterns and body movements from traditional Bachata, Tango, Cha Cha, and Salsa with many original moves. The end result is an expressive, active style of dance that removes all barriers and allows dancers to be more creative.
Formerly a public school teacher, Jorge's passion for teaching equals his passion for dancing. His Bachata BootCamp tour has taken him to over 400 cities throughout North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, where he has taught tens of thousands of students.
Jorge's mission is to spread the love of bachata all over the world and encourage people to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.

BACHATA WORKSHOP - Improver Level. Jorge will review the basics of Bachata and concepts of Figure flow with timing and musicality. Learn sexy dips, poses and eye catching figures for the dance floor. If you never danced Bachata, please do not join this class. Check out the video below:
PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE
Private Dance Lessons with Jorge Elizondo ($85/hr) Available - Learn to dance with Jorge as your personal Salsa and Bachata trainer. You will learn his secrets to great leading and following. He will give you direct feedback, constructive criticism, and style. Price is the same for one person or one couple.

POPULAR QUESTIONS
If I signed up by myself, with whom will I dance?
No partner is required for any of our dance workshops. We ask everyone to pre-register so we can even out the class as the days get closer. If we have more ladies, we will look for more guys or viceversa. We usually get 50/50 gender ratio, so do not worry, you will dance with different people. We create a large circle and you start with one partner and then move on to the next and so on. You will make friends fast!
I can't make it this time around, will you offer this Workshop again?
No. Jorge doesn't live in Houston area. He is only visiting for a few days. He spends most of his days traveling around the world. He will be available to teach on the day of the workshop (group lesson style). If you like to take private lessons with him directly (Cost is $85/hr), please contact Christian at 832-413-2623.
If I paid for the workshop and I can't attend because something came up, what happens to my payment?
If you can't make it, you will lose your money. All sales are final. No refunds or credits for missing special workshops with guest instructors. If you know you may be on call or that you may have to do something that night, please do not sign up. Every spot is accounted for. You can sell or transfer your ticket to another party. Let us know to keep the list updated.
Do I need to know any dancing?
Yes! Jorge will push students with current knowledge of Salsa basics to the next level. If you never danced before, please do not join this bootcamp. We have an Absolute Beginner Bootcamp on Sunday July 13th
