This workshop is open to all levels: From Two Left Feet to Improver. This course will give you confidence in your turns, steps, styling, and overall following techniques in Salsa Figures.
We will start with the foundations turns in Salsa: Spot turns vs Traveling turns. You will learn how to keep your balance, how to maintain proper energy while turning, and proper technique on foot placement and spotting. We will teach you what to do when the man starts doing his solo moves, when he turns you to the right or to the left. How to relax and keep your elegance on the dance floor.
We will add styling to each turn and step. That is we will teach you how to use your hand, arms, legs and hair to style with gracefulness and energy! You will look hot!
