Welcome to the Grand Opening of Salsa Night at Capitol Bar in Midtown Houston! A super fun evening with ice breaking dance lessons in Salsa and Bachata between 8p-10p and dancing inside and outside till 2am! Two DJ's on the 1's and 2's; tacos if you are hungry, and awesome Tropical music! Are you ready? This event is hosted at Capitol Bar. If you have been there on Sundays, you know this place is so badass! Save your spot as I predict it will be one hell of a packed party!

Salsa Night Party Agenda

8p to 10p Two ice breaking classes in Salsa / Merengue and Bachata so you can meet and greet all the attendees. No partner needed. No experience require to join this party. We will show you step by step some of the most fun and sexy Salsa Bachata and Merengue dance figures for the dance floor! Just follow along and have fun! The lesson is indoors.

10p to 2am After the lesson mixer we will have tons of awesome Latin music and dancing through the night! Two DJs (inside and outside) Dance with everyone, the instructors, salsa and bachata lovers from Houston and surrouding areas, and more! We love to see you all have fun.

Tip: Ladies, if you plan to also dance outside, please note that the floor is concrete. flat shoes are recommended best for that part of the venue. Heels are recommended for the inside dance floor.

Capitol is an awesome bar with 10,000 sq of outdoor space, plus games, music and great drink selection. The dance floor is located indoors.

Free street parking after 6pm. Valet parking also available. Paid parking lots in downtown from $10 and up available. As a reminder, please alsways lock your valuables in your trunk, do not leave them in plain view.
