Class Description:

Learn to dance Bachata: Bachata is a very sensual and romantic dance. Often referred as the "Latin Blues," this dance originated in the Dominican Republic and now has become a very popular rhythm in latin night clubs all over the world. Our Bachata Dance Lessons in Pearland will cover several elements to give you a good understanding of timing, body movement, patterns, connection with your partner and dance it. This class combines all 3 main styles: Dominican, Sensual, and Moderna style.

Prerequisite

None. Two left feet welcome. This is a 101 introduction class for the absolute beginner. No do not need to know anything about Bachata dancing.

Partner

None required. You can come alone or with friends. We rotate during class. If you are bringing a partner and wish to stay with him/her the whole class, please let us know.

Course Length

Eight to twelve hours. You can accomplish these hours through group lessons, bootcamps, and or private dance lessons. Once you complete at least 8 hours of training you can contact your instructor to take a test to pass to our Intermediate Bachata - Domincan Style - Class.
